I knooooow he isn't black. He's a deeep red. So this is Narakyan for Wyandotte's "color Narakyan contest" thing. She had recently re-anatomied Narakyan and wanted us to have a shot at what we think he should look like while keeping the dark theme and pale fur. This is what I came up with. I didn't want to make him too busy, but I also wanted him to have some sort of design. I like it. And I'm glad I created this design and put it on such a fantastic beast.
This also helped for coloring practice. I know there isn't much fantastic detail on here, but it helped to some extent. I've also been in such an art block lately, so I'm animating in hope that I'll spark some inspiration.
